Subject: 2004 agreement

First of all I must apologise to those who have contacted me over the past couple of weeks regarding the 2004 agreement, I am sorry it has taken a bit of time for me to reply.

I e-mailed the commitee members yesterday in the hope of finding out what the exact situation is. At this time I have only recieved one reply which is from Steve Oaten and as far as I can gather from him nothing is agreed at the moment.

I hope to recieve further clarification soon from both Bob and Phil soon.
