Subject: Proxy Votes

I just noticed the discussions re: Proxy Votes.

I can agree that this did take place at last years AGM.

What puzzles me is 'are we running to the OCRDA Constitution or the OCR Ltd Articles of Associaiton.

According to the 'Articles of Association' Votes may be given on a poll either personally or by proxy. On a show of hands a member present only by proxy shall have no vote.

I think it would be a good time to issue every member with a copy of either the Constitution or the Articles of Association.
