Subject: Proxy Votes

The procedure for proxy votes is as follows:

The vote must be in writing and be with the Club Secretary one full week prior to the AGM date, this would make the cut off date the 30th of November 2002.
If you are wanting to put a proxy vote forward I would suggest that they be with the secretary by the 14th of November as this is when the committee meeting is being held to collate all necessary paperwork etc for the AGM.
Also along with your vote you should put your reason for not being able to attend the AGM in writing.
Of course the above is just guidance as notification of the procedure should really come from the present acting secretary personally.
