Subject: Membership Fees - Please read

Hi Everyone

You should all have received by now your membership renewal forms for 2003.

Could I ask you to please return these to me asap, along with a cheque made out to 'OCR Ltd'

I will be at the brass monkey tomorrow so anyone going can pay me there, but please remember to bring your completed membership form.

Prompt payment would be very much appreciated and cuts down the work involved in collecting unpaid fees leaving us more time to promote the club, which has to be to the benefit of everyone.
