Another way to honour Charlie's name and memory would be to name the next OCR Rhib after him.
Something like, 'Champagne Rescue' or anything fitting to him. I seem to remeber that he loved his 'After Shocks' drinks, so maybe that could be used, or even C.I. Rescue.
At least he would be still on a boat, and if it had a nice big engine on it that would be a bonus.
Anyway it's just a suggestion!
