Subject: ANNUAL BUNFIGHT

The AGM this year will be held at the Southampton Park Hotel on the 31st January 2004.

The prices will be as follows;

Single £67
Double/Twin £86
Additional night £50

All prices are per room (1 or 2 people)

The above prices includes B & B for Sat/Sun and the usual nosebag on the Saturday night.

Also includes the use of the Swimming pool, Sauna etc

The AGM will start at 1.30pm Approx and the bun fight at about 7.30pm

Please can you book your own rooms by telephoning the hotel on 023 8034 3343 and qoute the reference "OCRDA AGM" please have a credit card to confirm the booking at the time.

Please book as soon as possible as they have reserved a number of rooms for us and would obviously like to know numbers as soon as possible.
