The AGM will be held at :-

Gara Rock Hotel,
East Portlemouth
South Devon

Friday 16th Saturday 17th January 2004
£85.00 per person B.B. inclusive of Dinner Dance
or
£60.00 per person per night
£35.00 per person Dinner Dance Only
Charges for Children on request.
A deposit of £30.00 per person is required by 14th November 2004. Payment by cheque or credit card forwarded to me. If we do not have the numbers for booking by 14th November 2003 it will mean we will have to cancel the hotel and dinner dance and re-arrange the AGM. Booking forms have been sent out, if you have not received a form please contact me and we will forward same.
