Subject: Proxy Votes

Membership fees for 2004 must be paid by the AGM and can be paid on the day,however I believe that if you want to vote by proxy,your membership must be received at least 7 days prior to the meeting and you must nominate someone who is going to be present at the AGM to cast your votes.YOU MUST BE A MEMBER IN ORDER TO VOTE!!!
