Subject: IInfo Updates

Dear All,

Just a quick word asking for help. Could any of you members that have either changed addresses or newly joined in the last year please email or send me your new details. This includes telephone numbers and faxes aswell as addresses. Also it would be helpful if you could get a photocopy of your homologation papers sent to me so that I can prepare your race files ready for the start of the season. It is so easy this way, it means you only have to give me the info once for the whole season, less paperwork you see. Anyway thanks for your co-operation.
Also it was great to see so many of you at the OCRDA AGM/Dinner Dance, what a great time we all had and long may do's like that continue. A huge thanks to Rob for his hard work yet again!
Now that I am back as Secretary I would just like to remind you that I am only on the end of the phone if you need anything. Any membership forms etc please send to me.
Remember to send Clare McCarthy your boat/racing info as the deadline is in a few days and she needs to compile your info for the TV and our Race Programmes.
