Subject: Attn people with program covers!

just to inform all of you who have pledged for a front cover - you will soon be receiving an invoice for the £50 from clare's company - White Tiger Creative (program designers!)
Please send your payments as soon as possible to ensure we keep on top of costs.
The payment covers the cost of your photo and guarantees your boat on the front cover of one program. I will do my best to ensure you get the one you wanted, but as there are a few venues yet to be confirmed, i can't promise anything! Please also be aware that there are 11 teams pledging for the 10 covers we have available, and these will be awarded on a first paid up, first served basis. The 11th boat will be used in other ways - posters etc (to be decided) But if you are buying a keith slater photo this will not be you, as the agreement with him is for use on the front covers only. As we have 2 teams without photos at the moment, i will contact them regarding this if the issue arises - we may end up going to all 11 venues, we may not!
