In Fragmented Pieces

Wished a brighter glow
In turning dark to light
I flowed with my pen
Then I began to write

Within lonliness hurting
It was time to rethink
I strung a few verses
With a pen full of ink

With a heart of despair
In fragmented pieces
Each verse scattered
Into tearful releases

With my heart in knots
I�m purposely trying
In versing confusion
In words I�m crying

With heart devastated
It�s tears I�ve tasted
I wonder how many
Verses are wasted ?

With writing the pages
I began falling apart
All verses are words
From a broken heart
