Heroes

Some often think of heroes
As movie stars and jocks
But when I think of heroes
My mind just seems to lock
On the men and women
And a flight called ninety-three
On the chance they took
To keep our country free
They put their lives in danger
They decided to take a dare
By fighting for our freedom
While caught up in the air
Now forever they are heroes
To some that hear the tale
Of how they braved the danger
Of how they blazed a trail
So that other American people
Could stand proud and true
That's why those men and women
Fought for the red, white, and blue
