咁呀...hmmm....Porter 5-Forces Model and PESTER Method 都對你來說較深一些....用下列的要點嘗試想一想:

1) 你會不會選一個對你的產品或服務不利的時候創業？
2) 當你創業成功後，在經濟學上說的"Prefect Competition"指出，其他人會有什麼反應？
3) 當你今天創業成功後，明天環境又如何 (hint: PEST = Political, Economic, Social, Technology)
4) 台灣華彩軟體的失敗是一個很典型"創業難, 守業更難" 的實例，請參閱。
