In college basketball, a lot change in 3 weeks. Pairings were made approximately 3 weeks ago and here is what has happened since.

Who is Rising:
1. La Tech went from a RPI of 162 on 2/1/03 to a RPI of 89 today -- a 73 spot improvement. It would have been a nice opportunity to make a significant improvement in our RPI with a win against a team with a 89 RPI this weekend.

2. UC Santa Barbara has improved their RPI 57 spots from 174 on 2/1/03 to 117 today. For strength of schedule and RPI purposes, this match-up for the Titans is looking better and better each day!!

Who is Falling:
1. Kent State has fallen 25 spots from 30 to 55.

2. Bowling Green has fallen 23 spots from 140 to 163.

Which match-up has improved the most since 2/1/03:
Detroit (118/126) @ UC Santa Barbara (174/117)

Which match-up has declined the most since 2/1/03:
N. Iowa (257/245) @ La. Tech (162/89)
La Tech has won their last 9 games - 7 since the Bracket Buster selections were announced. La Tech has got to be absolutely disappointed this poor match-up.
