First, I am confident that members of staff and team read the posts on this board.

Second, I am sure that we (the fans, the staff and the team) are all frustrated by the lack of success/wins this season. I have not spoken directly with the seniors, however I highly doubt this is the type of season they were visioning as they prepared for their senior year this past summer. Let us remember that this group of seniors has never experienced the NCAA tournament. I am certain they are hungry for a taste of the Big Dance.

Third, Perry has guided Titan teams in similar situations to the tournament championship and/or championship game (ex. 1994 and 1996).

Fourth, the season is NOT over. Therefore, I propose the following:
1. Let's get behind the team. I can't believe that we are "throwing in the towel" before the season is over. Be careful about such actions, see 3 above, as history does repeat itself. Instead of feeling that Titan fans are "dumping" on them, the team should know that we STILL have high expectations for them THIS season.
2. Let's focus on this season and leave discussions about next year's team for a later date. Let's also leave our "year-end reviews" for the end of the season.
3. Sometimes being "called out" can provide inspiration for an individual to achieve even greater heights. If you want to motivate or challenge a player by calling that player "out", please remember that these are young men (18-22 years old). Because they are young men, rumors regarding dismissals and/or disciplinary actions do not belong on this board. That is, unless you can personally say that you are proud of all the decisions you made in your own life when you were 18 to 22 years old or wouldn't have mind had your "bad decisions" been posted in the paper. Basically, all I ask is that you choose your words carefully.

I PERSONALLY CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE HL TOURNAMENT STARTS AND A "FRESH SEASON" BEGINS......

Last year, the fifth and sixth seeds (Loyola and UIC) took full advantage of the "new opportunity".
