I don't really know the procedures, but my guess is the athletic dept would have to make some sort of guarantee to the NIT....or maybe even an outright payout for the home game. I would like to think that Sister Faye would be willing to step up as a reward to the loyal titan fans supporting this team year after year. I admit i am just hazarding a guess. I would also like to see the Titan club leadership step up, find out the details and take a stand. Any TC leadership here that can discuss these issues?

It would be a great reward to the coaches, the team and the supporters. If we can get six thousand for homecoming, it seems reasonable to get 6, 7, or even 8 for the right home game. Do you really think we would have trouble selling out for a Michigan State game. I likewise think we could get at least 6 for Central.

I don't think its realistic to compare the fan appeal of a first round HL playoff game to the hoopla that could be generated by a strong NIT team coming in here.

I'd be willing to donate time to any of our titan club leadership who was willing to pursue this.
