The budget harpies and naysayers will will be wringing their hands and nashing their teeth any minute. Far be it from me to deny them this opportunity to wail and cry.

Still, ya gotta spend money to make money. Maybe the added pressure on the program would be a good thing. Kinda like overextending yourself on that first house so that you can realize the gains over the long term. The size of that house payment doesn't typically seem so bad five or ten years later.
