The Titans take an 8 point lead on a top 80 RPI team into to halftime and proceed to make only 8 of 15 free throws and lose by 6 points. If the Titans win that game, and then take on Cal instead of Grambling - even if the Titans were to have lost to Cal by any margin - there RPI would now be 95 or better and the Titans would certainly be making NIT travel plans.
