the young colts mother, hearing his scream, rose to her feet and galloped over a look of terror on her face, as her child stood up she breathed a sigh of relief but as the other colt joined him she would not let him play again untill the damage had been accessed. she trotts over to her son and surveys the damage seeing no obvious damage she gives his fore head an affectionate lick and once again lets him play giving him a small snort of warning to be carefull, he was all she had and she wasnt going to loose him, nor did she want to be over protective. as the young colt started off with his friend she watched for any signs of limpness in either of his four legs
