I really don't know Grant,I'm fairly new to all this testing stuff myself.Personally I cannot see why it won't work.I'm using an AVR'5 - Cam - Autoroll on my 2700 and have had no problems at all.
Maybe it is your Avr although you did not say if you were cam or camless and what you were using to program your chips with.I would check and recheck all my settings and numbers again(I have also heard that reentering all your numbers may help).You never know ,just one little mistake and it throws everything off.
