Subject: TROUBLE WITH SMARTCARD IN

WHEN I PUT IN MY SMART CARD ALL BY ITSELF THE MESSAGE IS COMING UP AS DO NOT HAVE AUTHORIZATION TO VIEW THIS PROGRAM. EVEN THOUGH I DO . DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS IS HAPPENING. I AM SUSCRIBED AND AM JUST USING AN AVR3 WITH NO AUTOROLL.
