Subject: Help with Step-By-Step

I've got a 3100 w/ basic Subscription, using an avr3 with autoroll and Jeepers 1.2. Can anyone please help me out with step-by-step instructions on how to pick up all channels. My autoroll did not pick up the new codes and I'm stuck with the blackscreen. I've tried unplugging my receiver and reprogramming new code and still no result. Also I've read mixed information on which is the right key#(Aux#) to use. I would greatly appreciate any help. Thanx in advance.
