Subject: Women's grade 2001

I think Troy's suggestion will be the best solution to our current problems and would really like to see some more women getting into polo on a competitive level. Last year we ended up with many women playing in B grade who weren't interested in progressing any further or being involved in any training, possibly a social competition is better of these type of players so that we can have more players more comitted to progressing in the sport involved. I think we have enough women players to support one women's grade and I think it would make competition more even if the top women players were removed from that grade so that they don't dominate play so much. I know that most of these players will definitely continue to support our up and coming players, with the added bonus of not loosing these players to frustration with the lack of personal challenge for themselves.
