Date Posted: 03:10:17 06/02/02 Sun In reply to: Sui 's message, "Re: [D]icks?" on 01:02:25 06/01/02 Sat yea man, i was cool as hell with niglet when we used to play. of course he may have just liked me because i was black lol. but for real though about the d thing, i dont think any of those d guys have any real problems with kfc, it's just a diabolic/divx thing and the other guys just sort of roll with it. obviously though since dia is the leader of their clan the other guys are going to respect his opinion, like if sui told me player x was an asshole i'd be like fuck you from the door if i ever saw player x in a server.. and i think thats the case with the whole kfc vs d thing, its just team loyalty, it doesn't mean that everyone in d is an asshole. as for dia i just think he likes the bad guy role, it fits him i think, he always was a hell of a bad guy and he has the necessary skills to back it up, hes one of if not the best player i've ever gone up against. so he's just taking that bad guy image and running with it, and thats his thing, we all played quake for a reason, whether to get away from the stress of a job or school or a relationship or just to get a little break from life in general.. or to just have fun and play a cool ass addictive as hell game. but we all have our little extensions of our own personalities that we bring into the way we play and the way we interact with other people while we play, and that's cool as hell too, and dia was just a born villain or something lol and i dont think he'd disagree with that either, he's said it himself that he's never been a nice guy. it's just fucked up that all this stuff goes from the game to the personal level and i never got to see what would happen in a [d] vs {kfc} matchup.. the personal shit just got in the way. anywayz just wanted to share the opinion of sui and others who have stated that not all [d] are assholes, incognito is one of the coolest mofos i met while playing quake, diabolic is pretty cool himself once you get past his tough guy image and nig is one funny ass guy. so dont lump them all into one group cause like any team in any competative field they're individuals, not just one collective [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |
