aye, i agree Sui ive been playing more and more slow rail servers lately and on the 1v1 servers ill play no hook if they ask.

My disadvantage with no hook is i have no long range aim (whether its b/ci need practice or whether i should put on my glasses i dont know) So for me the hook is a quick way to close the distance, using the ramps/pads leaves me wide open (suspended in air) for anyone with good aim and thus i can never get in close where my game is at its best.

i enjoy both hook and no hook, but for someone to say hook is for noobs, or fast rail is for noobs..... well that all depends on whos view you look at it. From mine fast hook/rail is the advanced game, people move faster, shoot at me faster. Some claim slow rail your shots are more important, i disagree i know if i dodge their first shot ive got 3-4 maybe even as many as 6 seconds (depending on server) to get lined up for a point blank shot. Where as in fast hook i have 1.5 seconds between their first shot and their second, not nearly as much time to attempt a guraunteed hit.

Its all a matter of views, those who say hook is for noobs, simply cant use hook well. Those that say slow rail is for noobs simply cant use slow rail well due to poor aim.
