Lets say q3dm17 isnt in your cfg. someone votes it in, and the game starts. blah blah blah, fraglimit hits and the game ends, but the cfg cant go to the next map because the command isnt there. It dosent know where to go. That sudden death thing is the resulting bug. Sometimes, if someone specs out, and then goes back in, that fixes it. If you have all the maps in your cfg, It wont happen.
