The female wolf limps weakly in from her old home once more. No further solace or protection remains there for her. Licking her bullet wound in her side she pants. The scarlet liquid flows down from the injury staining her cream colored fur and her coal black eyes wince painfully. She tiredly pads over to a tree and collapses beneath it..wishing she never left this safe haven. Her cold body lies there her soul seeming to be quite close yet she stays unconscience
