Subject: Seeking a wolf

The lone bitch slinks in. Her grayblue eyes are slightly translucent yet burn with a fire like no other. She is large and superior in strength than most female wolves but she seeks no pack. She is a wolf who has grown up with a society of maned wolves, wolves who only take one mate and other pack members have their own mates. She seeks a maned male wolf but sadly acknowledges that maybe there is no such of a wolf here. Scanning the terrain the female is dominant and refuses to be claimed. Snarling she warns males and females away from her demeanor and body alike. She snarls and her fur bristles especially towards males who are persistent and she displays her mammoth fangs as a final warning to them. She is a kind female but will not be 'herded' or 'claimed' by a wolf who is NOT maned. She is an arctic maned wolf and will not accept any other than one like herself. She lifts her white muzzle and howls her voice as clear as a glacier or crystal falling or snow swirling to the ground. She invites her maned sister, SnowWhirl in and is glad to know that she has joined as well. She lies close to the mountain region, snow from a recent blizzard camoflauges her as she sleeps and her scent downwind...
