*Black~Rose howls forlornly, alone again after the departure of Aero. Reverting to her loner state, she slinks through the trees, occaisionally sending forth her call and wailing like a lost spirit. The black she wolf wanders confusedly, crying for her mate Empire. She hangs her head, wondering if his prescence made Aero leave. Then she realizes that he did not hasten Aero's growing up. There is a time when all mothers must let go of their pups and allow them to live their own life. She howls to lone females that when Aero begins his pack, they must join him, he will treat them well. Once again, she howls for Empire. She wishes to settle in a real territory (not the main board!) and she is coming into season. This news particularly excites her because although she has lost her first cub, she is ready to begin anew. A warning note is heard in her song, for if Empire does not arrive soon, she is afraid she will be taken by another male. A female is no match for a male in size nor strength. Or she will choose another mate. She sits and waits, occaisionally another howl piercing the night sky.
