Rico glanced over at Spitz. She raised her hackles slightly and let out a deep throaty growl. She wagged her tail for an instant, then let her tail drop to normal height. The growl told Spitz that he was to be careful, one wrong move and he was toast. She stopped growling and her hackles went down. She then lifted her refined elegant head and her nose quivered. She was hungry and wanted to find something to eat. Ignoring Spitz for the moment, she walked on each stride graceful and elegant. She stopped at a bush and she sniffed it carefully. She raised to paw with the missing toe and pawed at the bush. She put her paw down and nosed aroun din the bush and started to eat raspberries in the bush. Her hunger satisfied for now, she sat down and ruffled her fur.
