Meaven looked up quickly at T'ies's arrival. "Late?" she asked quietly, moving over to stand by T'ies. "Hello there, Mnenith." Meaven smiled down at the bronze. "How are you today?" Meaven asked the bronze politely. Tariath watched from Meaven's side.
'Lo. Tariath nodded to the bronze. Rider trouble? Mine doesn't always do what's right either. She's been talking to T'mele. Like I'd ever turn into a dragon like they were talking about! Tariath (considerately) let the humans hear her comment too. Meaven smiled wryly.
"Before you showed up ever so timely," Meaven's lips quirked upward, "the Weyrlingmaster and I were discussing the behavior of snobby young golds. A safeguard against Tariath's future behaivor." Meaven scratched Tariath's golden head. "What kept you? I only just arrived. Tariath... was unsure about her arrival." Meaven said lightly. "Though I'm sure you wouldn't have that sort of thing with Mnenith? He seems less cocky about who he is then Tariath here." Tariath snorted.
I do NOT flaunt my rank as gold... most of the time. Tariath admitted. Meaven chuckled slightly.
Most of the time, dear heart. Meaven repeated, smiling down at the queen. I know, Meaven placed emphasis on the word, you'll try harder. Tariath looked back at Mnenith.
Course, Meaven. she told her rider. Riders! Tariath commented to Mnenith, after a lovingly glance at Meaven.
