Well, you heard the Weyrlingmaster. Pick me out a harness, dearest rider, stated Mnenith as he trotted over to those set out behind Tariath and Meaven. T'ies rolled his eyes and wandered after him. "You know how big a harness will have to be to fit around your little gut. Pick one yourself," he said, still in a bit of a foul mood over his dragon's insistant display of tardiness. Mnenith nipped at his fingers. I do not have a gut! It's all muscle, he retorted.

T'ies rolled his eyes dramatically and followed his annoyingly cheerful dragonet along the line of harnesses until Mnenith finally nudged one. I think this will do nicely, he announced, nosing the fourth largest of them. T'ies grinned slightly as he lifted the harness in question and inspected it. "Y'know, for once I think you might be right." Mnenith nipped his pantleg a little and remarked to Tariath, Does your rider treat you so shabbily too?
