Yes, that was the idea behind both me fanfics. But are those feeling reciprocated? So far, it's no, and some people seem to not like that. (Just checked on recent reviews on SAII.V.) Well... bite me! It's my imagination running around, so there! Nyah! :P

RANT OF THE DAY
I have a new idea for a fanfic, and a Shadow one at that! It's just an idea, though, but it fits into the whole 'main idea' I've been working on when writing these fanfics.
My 'main idea' is to give more character depth to the SegaSonic universe. Sure, picking on the funny bones of people is one of my favorite things to do, but characterization has always been my main goal, to give some depth to the characters for reference in any future SegaSonic fanfic. "Ask Sonic" works well in this area.
Thinking of that, it's difficult when it comes to Shadow. Some say that Shadow is just one of those two-dimensional characters. I'd say not a chance. I see Shadow as the serious no-nonsense type of character, with a determination to do what he thinks is right. Yes, that sort of vigilanteism can get someone killed (or arrested, anyway :P), but not the Ultimate Life Form! So...
The fanfic idea is to make Shadow into some sort of dark hero, helping people's lives in places where the arm of the law cannot reach. Look for a "theatrical trailer" in the next episode of "Ask Sonic." It's supposed to take place after the events of SAII.V. (It's a sequel! Sort of! :P)
Of course, I have to resist the urge to say:
"Who know what evil lurks in the hearts of men? The Shadow knows!"
