Sometimes he liked being asked things. But sometimes it was better if the girl just kept her mouth shut. He was glad that she’d taken his bait though. He studied her quirky grin and the delicate and almost hesitant way she nursed her alcohol. Not a drinker, obviously, which would mean that it would be harder to persuade her when her own mind was still capable of making decisions. He simply nodded his head in response to the comment about his physical looks.
