A shrug lifted my shoulder at his question. I'd never truly left, just played shy for a while. I was not one to normally be out and about, not like my dear Addison or Lyla. "Not sure yet." was the answer given. Best to keep the mutt guessing. The though pulled a corner of my lips up in a wry smile. Wasn't that just refreshing... If he was a mutt, then i was the queen of them all. Though Craig probably wouldn't appreciate that thought. I let my gaze wonder of the few other patrons, shifting only when the bartender came to take my order. He returned quickly with the double and i slid my fingers around the glass to bring it to my lips. A small sip, and my gaze was focusing in on Craig again. I sniffed, trying to discern where he'd been lately. He smelled too much like the club to be able to tell anything of interest. "And what have you been doing to keep yourself busy?" It was small talk... i hated small talk. Nothing ever came of it and it was annoyingly awkward.
