Then Aaron came back on and introduced the next song himself. And he said, "Would the girl in the hot pink pants and black and hot pink tyedye tube top please come up on the stage?" I was astounded. I was next to Jennifer. She said,"Well get up there!" I walked through the crowd and went up on the stage. Half way up somebody gave me a mic and i put it on. "Shayla would you please come over here?" I walked over to Aaron and he put his arm around my shoulder. Then he said, "I would like to dedicate these next 2 songs to Shayla!" He kept his arm around me as he sang "I'm All About You"....

He had looked deep into my unexpecting eyes throughout both songs and then after "Do You Remember" he got down on one knee and said into the mic, "Shayla Krystal Barlon will you marry me?" I was shocked. I stamered out, "Yes!" Then he smiled and got up and swung me around then set me down and gave me a hug and a kiss on the lips. Then he said, "Shay will you help me sing this song?" "Ya anything Aaron." Then together we sung "Through My Eyes".....
