We woke up the next day and drove to the show grounds. I got out and carried Lexi. Aaron carried Jacklyn and Angel walked in between us. I could tell she was nervous. So i tried to relax her nerves. It worked. By the time it was time to warm the horses up my mom and dad had come and Lexi and Jacklyn were with them. I mounted up on French Silk Pie in my show clothes and Aaron was mounted on Elite Challenge in his show clothes and Angel was mounted up on River Of Time in her shows clothes. After we had warmed up and done a few practice jumps the announcer called, "Next up is Angelica Julie Carter riding River Of Time." The crowd roared with approval and Angel calmly cantered a courtsy circle. After she had finished the course she smiled and walked calmly out of the ring. The announcer said,"And that was Angelica Julie Carter on River Of Time with the first clear round of the day here at Spruce Meadows." "Next up is Aaron Charles Carter riding Elite Challenge." Aaron gave us a smile and headed out to the ring and cantered a courtesy circle.................
