i spent most of the night in one of the foaling stables, with Crystal, my arabian mare. she had been bred to Perfect dream and now she was giving birth. it was a ling labour, and after many hours she had her first foal, a tiny chestnut colt! i was so excited! i had called the vet over half an hour earlier and she was there to welcome the colt into the world. i watched the colt get to his feet and after a little struggling he began to suckle. i watched in awe at the miricle of life. i would call this purebred arabian colt Clear Dream.
