I walked out to the broodmare barn where all 12 of my broodmares were in there stalls with there foals. There was just Black Gold left to foal. I went in a looked in on her and was surprised to see that she had foaled during the night. There wasnt one foal but 2 foals. She had had twins. I went to the office VERY excited and called up to the house and told Aaron that Gold had foaled during the night. He said that he would send Angel down cause he was playing with Lexi. I said ok and hung up. Then i went in and made sure the foals were alright. I saw that they were both fillies. Just then Angel came down and saw them. She thought they were VERY cute. I told her to go call the vet and ask her to come over and check on the foals.

*1/2 hour later*

"Well they are perfectly healthy" said the vet. I sighed in releif. Then i thanked her and i asked her to come and look at a racehorse that had been sore for a few days now. After 15 minutes i came back to the broodmare barn and went to the office and took out the neccesary papers to register every foal. I took out all the papers and turned on the computer and accesed the program on which i could do them instead of having to write them out. I finished all the forms and printed them all off. Then i got up to file them till they were needed to be sent off in January. I was filing them and i heard a knock on the door. I turned around and i dropped the rest of the folders that i had in my hands in surprise. I said slowly, "Shayla? Is that you?" "Ya it is me Mal." "Where have you been all these years?" "I have been living in California where i have been training racehorses." "You have?" "Ya have you ever heard of the horse Just In Time?" "Ya of course who hasnt?" "Not a lot of people. Well i trained that horse." "You trained Just In Time the Triple Crown winner?" I was astonished. "Ya." "Amazing" "Well you havnt done to bad yourself. I hear that some of your horses are doing pretty well." "Ya" "That Sweet October is really something." "Ya." "Well i have come down for a little while and i have been wanting to see you since have moved from California." "Well would you like to stay here?"...........
