Finally they wrapped up their fun game of tag and trotted back, laughing. Stephanie was still grimacing every time she posted. The group arrived back at the house. They quickly cared for their mounts & washed up. "Food time!" Jon grinned as they trooped into the dining room. Melanie tore her gaze away from the huge pile of presents and gasped. The cake was beautiful. It was a chocolate ice cream cake with light blue icing. In curly, silver letters it said HAPPY 13th BIRTHDAY MELANIE! And there was a picture of a unicorn. Everyone gathered around and sang the traditional birthday theme, while Melanie blushed and studied the pretty cake. Then she leaned forwards and blew out the candles. Jenny took a picture, blinding several people lol. Then they formed a line and Jenny & Brandon served them cake. There was also pizza, hot dogs, cheese burgers, pickles, chips, cookies, soda, gaterade, and popcorn. Everyone loaded their plates and then settled either somewhere in the dining room, kitchen, living room, or outside to chat. After eating for awhile, Jenny called everyone over. Melanie would finally get to open her gifts! Here is what she received from her family:

A Harry Potter Poster with Daniel Radcliffe on it (she already had some more) *In real life I LOVE him, so Melanie does too!! Bogsdan frowned as Melanie hugged the poster. "He is sooo hot!" she & Stephanie giggled.
Melanie loved all her gifts. She set them to the side, still eyeing the poster, and began to open her friends' gifts. WHAT DID SHE GET? CONTINUE! :-)
