This match is being played at Memorial Oval, Bankstown. This match will decide who finishes second to have the advantage going into the semi-final.

Gordon batted first and managed to scrape together a total of 176 off 84.4 overs.

Opener Jodie Davis, who required a runner for part of her innings after being struck on the toe by Olivia Magno, top scored with 37 while Charlotte Anneveld made an enterprising 32 batting at 9. In all 8 batsmen reached double figures without anyone dominating the bowling and going on to a big score.

Debbie Nelson (struggling with asthma) took 4/41, Magno 3/27 and captain Michelle Goszko 2/17.

Gordon should be disappointed with this total as the Bankstown attack was missing spearhead Therese McGregor (out with an injured ankle) and the wicket was ideal for batting.

Bankstown will be looking to Goszko, who has scored over 500 runs in club cricket this season, to lead the way with the bat. Another key bat in Sally Pratt will also be available for the second day after missing the first day due to the Under 17 Nationals being held in Campbelltown.

Off spinner Lisa Sthalekar will likewise return for Gordon.
