I've heard some reports that people are having trouble accessing the web site. The site has been built using frames and I understand this causes problems for older style browsers, particularly Netscape.

In order to get the full benefit, please copy and paste the following URL into your browser's address line:

http://swca.20m.com/index.htm

You should see two frames - one containing a navigational menu and the other containing an area for each menu item's page to load.

If you're still having problems, download the latest version of Internet Explorer (6.0b) from Microsoft's website.
