And team selection is a culmination of wide and varied criteria, not purely form. If Sara missed out, there must have been a very good reason in the selectors' minds.

Deciding upon a team that will gel and produce results is hard enough without enduring needless (unfounded) comments like the one above. Come on guys, keep your criticisms of our selectors in check - it's a difficult enough job as it is and one in which shouldering figurative blows should not be the sole requirement of appointment.
