SOME OF THE STORIES I HAVE COLLECTED

Girl, 12yo, USA, Body and pelvic exam with internal pelvic surgery

I am female. It happened as early teen, in North America, USA. The procedure occured in 2010 or later. I was 12 almost 13. It happened towards the end of last school year in May. They took me from the school but the drive was only like 15-20 minutes so it wasn't far.

This was the last of 3 procedures I have been through. The first 2 were just where they took me in and examined me and stuff but this one they actually did surgery.

The procedure occured at a health center. Told me it was a check up for sexually active students. Taken there in a van kind of like an ambulance. Vaguely remember they talking about my uterus something about checking my organs for something too. I was really out of it and they were using a lot of medical words so I didn't really understand.

This happened to me twice before already so at first I didn't think it was a big deal and believed it was about me being sexually active (the other two times I know that other sexually active girls when through the same thing.)

But this time they actually performed some kind of surgery on me so now I'm a little freaked out. Plus that whole thing with protective services threatening to take me away. What's going on do you know anything about this stuff? Please email me Kinkykelly@protonmail.com


ANESTHESIA

After they did the examination I was given a drug that made me sleep. I did wake up a few times and was dimly aware of what was going on but for the most part I was under.
I was awake but drowsy from the anesthesia. I woke up occationally. They injected it.

They put me under the same paralyzing drugs asthe exam before. I couldn't move but I could feel everything they did.


WHAT I SUSPECT WAS DONE DURING THE PROCEDURES

I had an exam or surgery in my stomach area. I had endoscopy or other procedures through my urethra, my vagina and my anus. They performed an exam or procedure but was not given information about what they did.


THE PROCEDURE AS I REMEMBER IT

So at some point it looked like they either put something into my stomach or took it out. I really couldn't tell but the image of the doctor's hand going into my stomach through a cut beneth the naqvel is clear and he had something in his hand.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

Yes I was hooked up to an IV attached to some blood bags. No I was breathing normally. Yes, a catheter, it was attached to a machine. Had a tube in my anus I don't know if it was measuring me but I think it was the same as the enema they started the procedure with.

A bunch pf electrodes on my head 4 on my chest stomach. 2 on each leg and arm some on my butt and 4 on my vagina. They examined my vagina and anus again took some readings. Eventually left and the nurse undid all the tubes and stuff and got me ready to go. They were curious I think asked me questions about what I was feeling or something I don't really remember. It happened two or three times and they would put me back under.

SYMPTOMS AFTER THE PROCEDURE


I had slime bleeding discharge or rest of lubrication coming out of my urethra. I had pain or irritation in my vagina. I had slime bleeding discharge or rest of lubrication coming out of my vagina. I had pain or irritation in my anus or rectum. I had slime bleeding discharge or rest of lubrication coming out of my anus or rectum. I had pain irritation or gas in my colon or lower stomach. I had signs of needles having been stuck into my stomach or breast area. I had strange bruices around my body. .

My vagina anus and urethra were really sore which was different from the last times. It felt like they had put something really big in there. Not to get crude but I've had sex before and know what it feels like after a big penis so it was a lot like that.
Also my stomach right around where the cut was was hurting like a dull aching pain though. And for a couple days after my breasts were really tender and sore there were definitely little marks from needles too and they had gotten a little bigger. Like just bigger enough to make my bras tight and uncomfortable. After a few days that went away.



SPECIAL OBSERVATIONS

Strange persons appeared around me before and after the procedure than those you expected to perform the procedure. The school health service was more than usually interested in me around the time of the procedure and asking questions or doing exams that did not seem to be related to the procedure. The child protective agencies were interfering with me and my family around the time of the procedure. The whole ordeal until I was fully awake took at least twice the time expected.

As for the school and protective agencies they were definitely interested. The school nurse kept asking about how I was feeling and specific stuff like have I gotten my period and have I been taking my birth control. She never asked stuff like that before so that was weird.
Also child protective services came and talked to my mom. They were threatening to take me away because my mom was letting me have sex (she wasn't by the way!). I was eavesdropping and they kept telling her that I was examined by the school and that was what the exam I told her about was and it provided enough evidence to take me away. My mom told me not to tell anyone about it after that.

Thanks for your responce at Misterpoll about extreme medical procedures. I have been investigating these things for a while, and know a lot about them, so I can answar a lot of questions you might have, so come back and ask anything so many times you want.

But still there is a lot more I want to know about thee ordeals, so I also have a lot of questions, I hope you can answar.

What you have experienced is a stndardized comprehensive exam done on children and teens at specific ages. Especially the second ecxam is this procedure in its full extent. The first exam was a shorter version of the procedure.

The surgery she went through is something often done as follow-ups to this exam. What they do is to adjust the shape and inernal sizes of the pelvic organs, probably to make the function in these organs adhere to a decided normality scheme.But there is still much I do not know about these adjustments and I try to find out more.

These exams have been going on for several decades in several countries around the World, and there seems to be some sort of international coordination.

Somw schools or communities do the exams for all children, others for children that show special behavior or symptoms pr development symptoms. The exams also seems to be part of a grand scale international research and surveillance project. Both girls and boys go through these exams. But they are never talked about in public, and there is always some degree of serecy around these procedures, Child protective agencies often seems to be involved, and it occurs to me that the units doing these ecams also do them as a service for the CPS system.

Detecting medical problems at an early time seems to be one abjective, and especially pelvic problems. Surveillance is another purpose, control of the kids a third and research a forth.

It looks like they rook out something placed im her uterus at each exam and replaced it with a new thing. Maybe it had the purpose of hindring pregnancy, but it could also be a research device that recorded body activities. They also possibly took out her apendix through the whole they had made in her stomach.

Girl, 11yo, Australia, health and development assessment with a pelvic focus

About an 11 years old Girl. It happened in Australia, 1990-1999. Answering as a parent, hope that is ok.


She was due to have tonsils removed for repeated tonsillitis. However we could have the procedure and aftercare free of charge in exchange for enrolling onto some medical study which we understood was essentially studying normal anatomy and measurements. We agreed and went to the local hospital for the operation.
We obviously let her know about the operation, and she had suffered with her tonsils so was happy.

We drove her to the procedure at a regular hospital.


OVERVIEW OF PREPARTIONS AND ARRANGEMENTS

She was not allowed to eat some time before the exam. She got laxatives to clean out my stomach at the place where the exam took place. They washed her body before the exam. She got a traditional enema before the exam to clean out her stomach.

She mostly only had her underwear on the time she stayed awake. They placed her upon a simple examination table. They placed her upon an advanced surgical table. She was placed to lay on her back with my flexed up, spread and mounted upon two devices. She was placed to lay on my left side.

She got IV tubes into blood vessels, in an arm, a device on a finger or a toe to measure pulse and oxygen in her blood. She got electrodes on her cheast.

Parts of my body got numbed by a shot with a syringe. She got anesthesia through tubes into blood vessels. She got anesthesia gas to breath in through a mask. She got some numbing and lubricating cream injected into her urinary opening, vagina and anus. The anesthesia made her sleep mostly, but she woke up occationally.


PREPARATIONS AS OBSERVED DIRECTLY BY PARENTS

Well we went to a small presurgical ward where she was stripped off to knickers only but had a bed and blanket.
The surgeon came to see us first, put our mind at rest, about the tonsillectomy etc. This was followed by the anesthetic team who cannulated arm and weighted her.
Finally the dr from the research people came as explained to us that they would take their samples and measurements once she was asleep and prior to the actual surgery.


Was taken to theatres some time later on the bed and transferred over. She had some injection through the cannula and gas and air over her nose.
A nurse then took off knickers and then she was pretty much bathed in iodine type solution all over from her naval down and parted labia bottom cheeks etc.
She was then positioned in stirrups.

OVERVIEW OF EXAMINATIONS DONE WITH EXTERNAL EQUIPMENT:

They performed an ECG, functional test of the heart function, with electrodes on her chest and other body areas. They examined her upper body with an ultrasound device or something similar. They examined her hip area with an ultrasound device or something similar. They took chest x-ray pictures. They took x-ray pictures of her hip area.

OVERVIEW OF INTERNAL INSPECTIONS:

They inspected the inside of her urethra and bladder with a scope. They took specimens from her urethra with a tube. They took specimens from her bladder with a tube.

They used a speculum in her vagina. They took specimens from her vagina with a tube. They inspected her vagina with a scope. They inspected through her vagina with an ultrasound probe. The doctor explored her vagina with a finger.

They inspected her anus with a speculum. They took specimens from her anus with a tube. They inspected her through her anus with a rigid scope.

They made an opening in my belly button or just under it and inspected the inside of her belly with a scope.

THE EXAMINATIONS AS OBSERVED BY THE PARENTS:

We were only allowed on during the induction then we left but watched from a window. They measured her limbs, head circumference, measured her nipples and areola, hips and waist. Ultrasound of hip joint.
Measures her labia and lots of other measurements of vulva but don't know exactly what.


Again measurements of opening were taken and speculum and various objects were inserted. I don't know precisely to what purpose or recording was for. Long rigid scope was passed into back passage


Once they were finished the ENT surgeon did the operation to remove tonsils.


ARRANGEMENTS AFTER THE PROCEDURE

She had catheter into her bladder. She just lay some time in a bed to recover. She lay naked under a blanket after the exam.

she stayed over night to make sure she could eat and drink and then we went home. We Drove home together.


THE SCHOOL SHE ATTENDED

She attended public boarding school. Normal school no relation to operation.

COMMENTS

Wgat is descreibed here is a standardized procedure subjected to children worldwide. The main purpose seems to be collection of data about health and development of children and teens and for general surveillance about the health of young persons in the populations. The procedure has been going on for several decades, and is still going on more than ever in a modernized version.

Some societies seem to have made the procedure mandatory as health and development screening at certain ages, of which 11-12 seems to be a peak age. Often the procedure is done when the child is under anesthesia for some other purpose, and often secretly, but it was not held secret in this case.

Boy, Slovakia, psycological assessment 16yo plus pelvic exam 17yo

I am a male. I was a teenager, 16yo. The exam occured in Slovakia, Year 1990 - 1999, In eastern Europe

I was examined in a health centre, psychologist's office. I came with mum by walk. A psychotherapist examined me with my mum present.

OVERVIEW OF THE EXAM:

They performed a neurologic exam with electrodes on my body, a psychological exam, and a lie detector test.

THE EXAM STEP BY STEP:

Firstly we had a talk about my behavior. Then I did a lie detector when clothed and answering questions. Then rather same questions with lie detector stripped from waist. Again similar qustions, but now only in bries. Finally I did the same questions under lie detector being stark naked. I had to be naked till the end of the exam.

No specific phtsical exam occured


REASON AND JUDGEMENT:

What do you think was the reason for this exam? Behavior problems. What is your opinion about this experience? I was like testing bunny for this young doctor. I was nude despite nothing with my body was done.",,,,,,"

DIAGNOSIS:

The exam resulted in this diagnosis: Im lier but not so much when naked.

I have got an answar about a pelvic exam at 17yo in another poll that probably is from the same respondent:

Boy, 17yo, Czech Republic, 17yo, cystosopy and exam through anus

I had cystoscopy - I am male. The exam took place in Eastern Europe, Prague Czech Republic, 17 years old, Years 1990-1999. Cystoscopy occured in a hospital.

Parents said something like: The doctor shall look at you down in your stomach. Got a nonsense exlanation of the type: We take you to the hospial. There you will sleep and then go home again. We went for some more complex exam to the hospital.

I came there by public transport with mum.



PREPARATIONS:

Had to walk by myself to the exam. Got to a special preparation room. Had to undress completely and go to bed. Given enema during preparations.

Taken vitals like temperature, heart rate and blood pressure. A doctor came, asked questions and explained.

In the doctors room I had to pull,down my trousers and nurse checked by butt. She realized enema is needed. Then I had to go to another room in the hospital where I had to undress completely and got the enema. Then again back to my cloth, We went back to the doctor's office. She asked me this time to take all my clothes off. My mum had to be there as I was below 18.

Got lubricating and pain-killing fluid inserted in through the pee-hole. Was totally naked during exam.

I lay on my back with streight legs.


THE EXAMS PERFREMED:

They put a flexible snake-like cystoscope in through the urethra. The scope or a new intrument was inserted even further up towards the kindeys.

They inspected anus with a scope.

Got medicines into urethra with a syringe after the exam.


DIAGNOSIS:

Diagnosis - psychological problems. Had to have a cathetherization routine. Social or psychological councelling or a training program.
The reason was problems with urination.


JUDGEMENTS:

It was not any big deal but it was painful.


COMMENTS

It is a common practice in many communities in the world to relate psychological problems or behavior problems to properties in the pelvic system, which leads first to a psychological assessment, then to a thorrough pelvic examination and often to some kind of management of pelvic functions, like urination, as in this case.

Even though it is difficult to find standard medical litterature about this practice and the theory about it, my investigation have revealed that it is common. It seems that the theory and particularities are held secret within specific medical subcultures.

Even though it is not told about here, the boy probably got deep sedation or general anesthesia, and the procedure was probably much more extensive that he remmebers, and probably the procedure followed an internationally established protocol for the examination.

Man, 30-36 yo, USA NJ, cystoscopy and treatment for prostate stones

I had cystoscopy - I am male. The exam took place in North America, USA Morristown NJ when I was30 - 38 years old, Years 1980-1989. The Cystoscopy occured in a hospital. The reasons for the exam was small amount of blood in urine.


EXPLATATIONS BEFOR THE EXAM:

The explanation was progressive: Originally the doctor said: "You'll get it as an outpatient. You'll have to take the day off from work." A day or two before it happened they added: "Oh yeah you'll need to have somebody drive you home afterward." When I was at the hospital on the morning of the exam they added: "Oh yeah, you'll also need someone to stay with you for 24 hours after the exam."


PREPARATIONS AND THE EXAM ITSELF:

The whole bed was rolled with me upon when the time for the exam had come. Taken vitals like temperature heart rate and blood pressure. A consent formula was presented and signed.

I got a a tube into a blood vessel to give anesthesia. Was put totallly to sleep. Had a gown around me, but the lower body was naked. I lay on my back with streight legs before the exam.

I do not know how the exam was done because put fully to sleep and noone told afterwards.


ARRANGEMENTS AND SYMPTOMS AFTER THE EXAM:

After I went home, I experienced bleeding and had trouble urinating. When I called them about it the nurse I got said: "Well I'd expect so!" even though they had never mentioned this beforehand as a possibility. Parents took care of me after the exam.


DIAGNOSIS AND FOLLOW-UPS

The diagnosis was prostate stones. Had to force fluids in order to urinate.

OPINION ABOUT THE ORDEAL:

It Should have been explained better.


COMMENTS

It sounds like they took out the prostate stones surgically and that this is the reason for the symptoms afterwards. They probably already knew about this diagnosis before the cystocopy itself, probably by means of an ultrasound exam performed with a sond inserted through his anus, or possibly x-rays.
