I'm not pregnant. I have a nasty cyst on my right ovary. It's funny how you can imagine symptoms but also that cysts commonly cause delayed/irregular periods, nausea, and even breast tenderness. I've had an ovarian cyst before but had no idea they had similar symptoms of early pregnancy. My gyno thinks that my out of cycle spotting was due to my cyst which is about 4cms in diameter. I think I might have delayed my period stressing myself out. I'm so glad to finally know whats up. Thanks for all of your help and understanding in such a confusing time. I'm very grateful.
