Shade waited for the The emperor. He sat down infront of her accross the table across from her. "I thank you Shade, for what you and the others have done to save me."

"Sir," she lowered her head which was still covered by the hood, "you said years ago that when I am ready to take my thrown. I am ready to be a princess again but not the emeress yet." She handed him the report.

He read it over and looked up at her. "You're going to find the stone?"

Shade nodded and produced the old leather book. "This was my father's journal. I plan to use it to trace his tracks.."

"That's not all..I can tell."

Shade nods, "Corridin is calling out to me." She looks away out the window, "Kail and I will go alone, I will be finaincing everything myself or by Kail. I have my own ship. All I ask of you is to allow me to take my title back."

"I have no concerns or worries about you but I worry about them over throwing you again."

Shde brought her hands up and laced her fingers together resting them on the table. "What I plan on doing will make me a hero to them."

The king nodded, "Very well, Now I have two reasons for the ball tonight. The return of the daughter of Juntio and the daughter of Durra." He smiled sitting bak in his seat.
