There a quite a few "big pike" venues around this area, however I just enjoy catching Pike, don;t care what size. Which lochs are best stocked with Pike? I would rather catch 2 or 3 under 10 rather than a twenty plus..... It's a bit dispiriting fishing Loch Heron all day and not getting a run. I am interested in Kirwaugh, Ballaird amd Elrig (NOT Eldri near Port William.

As you will see I am particularly interested in the Machars area - there are quite a few v small lochs not listed on guides - are there any lesser known jewels? huckinsgn@koppers-europe.com
