Subject: British security forces are helping a killer tout to rebuild his life

The Scottish newspaper the Sunday Herald* has an excellent update on Freddie Scappaticci, the paid creature of the British security services who from his senior position in the PIRA security department, caused havoc by accusing loyal volunteers of being touts and played a role in removing by fair means or foul those Republicans who stood against the British governments over all strategy for the north of Ireland.
According to the article, “As well as the huge financial deal, Scappaticci has also been given a new home, a new job, a new identity and a new face, thanks to plastic surgery.”
It seems Scappaticci has also become a protected species of the UK State as far as the Courts are concerned. This from a nation whose politicians are forever lecturing others about the necessity of the rule of law.
