Subject: BLOODY SUNDAY REMEMBERED IN LONDON.

The committee and members of the Irish Republican Prisoners Support Group wish to thank all those who attended the Bloody Sunday commemoration meeting at Conway Hall London on January 31st.
We particularly wish to thank all the speakers - especially Martin Og Meehan - who, despite being attacked and injured by the RUC/PSNI several days previously - made the journey over to London to give a very detailed and comprehensive account of the present situation in Maghaberry gaol. Our thanks also to the door stewards and everyone involved in security at the meeting.
A message of solidarity was read from the prisoners on E-2 Landing Portlaoise, and from the RNU in Belfast.
The IRPSG has an agreed programme of action to continue highlighting the conditions in Maghaberry, Portlaoise and Lukikio Prison, Lithuania. Future events will be posted here and on other republican websites.
