MARCH FOR JUSTICE
COMMEMORATION MARCH
40TH ANNIVERSARY OF BLOODY SUNDAY.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We would like to invite individuals and groups who are interested in assisting with the organizing of the Bloody Sunday 40th Commemoration March to contact us. All assistance will be gratefully accepted, particularly from individuals and groups with experience of organizing and stewarding similar events.

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone, especially the people of Derry for their support in the past and to encourage them to turn out to all the events being organized to mark the 40th anniversary of Bloody Sunday.

Yours truly,
Kate Nask, (e-mail cat.lyons@ntlworld.com / mobile: 07751604523)
Linda Nash,

FOOTNOTE4 MEDIA: The Oct. 5th Civil Rights Association, which includes Ivan Cooper a former MP and Minister for Community Relations, who led the original civil rights march against internment without charge or trial and the state-sponsored torture of detainees, have pledged their active solidarity. Surviving 1968 veterans have communicated their solidarity to those families and victims of Bloody Sunday who wish to mark the 40th anniversary of the 1972 massacre in the Bogside district of Derry.

As part of their mobilizations for the January 2012 demo the veterans will hold a civil rights tea/coffee evening at its Crawford Square office in the near future. Further details are available from Fionnbarra O’Dochartaigh, a co-founder of NICRA [1967] via rights.civil@gmail.com or mobile: 07783660181
